Terms and Conditions
Contact Hours
I am contactable from the hours of 10AM to 6PM Monday to Friday, Please note should you contact me outside of these hours I will not be available. Depending on project urgency upon form completion we can discuss additional working hours should the project require it and will be adjusted into the final cost.
Payment
Pricing Structure - Payment will be determined based on the project's scope, complexity, and timeline. We can discuss project-based fees upon completion of the request form. An invoice will be provided upon project completion for your review and confirmation before final payment is due. Please be aware you will not receive your final artwork until payment has been received.
Revisions - Two rounds of revisions are included in the initial project cost. Additional revisions may incur extra charges, which will be discussed with the client prior to implementation.
Project Timeline
Timeline Agreement - A project timeline will be agreed upon at the start of the project. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we'll work together to adjust the timeline if necessary.
Termination
Early Termination - In case of early termination, the client will not be charged. However, they will not retain any rights to the work completed up to that point.
Intellectual Property
Ownership - I retain ownership of the intellectual property rights until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you will own the copyright to the final design.
Dispute Resolution
Mediation - In case of a dispute, we agree to attempt to resolve it through mediation before resorting to legal action.
Confidentiality
Confidential Information - Any information shared during the project that is marked as confidential will be treated as such. This includes but is not limited to designs, concepts, and client data.
